Stand up if you wanted to help but did not know how.想幫忙、卻不知道怎麼做的，站起來。

What Is Bullying?什麼是霸凌？
Bullying is hurting someone on purpose, usually again and again, when they cannot easily make it stop. It can be hitting, mean words, leaving someone out, or messages online.

A bystander sees bullying and does nothing. An upstander does something: stand next to the person, say “Stop, that's not OK,” or tell a teacher. You don't have to be brave alone.
