A series on our channel
45 short spoken-word reflections on life, character, and what it takes to build a life worth living — written and read by Leon La Couvée.
Written and read by Leon La Couvée
Leon La Couvée is a Taiwan-based English teacher and writer who grew up across France, Poland, Canada, and the United States before making his home in Taiwan. His work explores freedom, character, and the everyday choices that shape a life worth living.
Each reflection runs three to six minutes — English spoken slowly and clearly, making the series good advanced listening practice as well as a moment to think. Several themes have a second, more cinematic reading; either version stands on its own.
