Wanlai is named after Mr. Yang Wanlai. He lived in Japan, but he gave land and money so children here could have a school. A school is an institution: it belongs to everyone, and it must treat everyone fairly.

A bystander sees bullying and does nothing. An upstander does something: stand next to the person, say “Stop, that's not OK,” or tell a teacher. You don't have to be brave alone.
