Strong Women Are Not New in Lugang在鹿港，強大的女性一點都不新鮮
For hundreds of years, Lugang has honored Mazu — a young woman remembered for saving sailors at sea. And Li Ang, one of Taiwan's best-known writers, grew up right here.
Lu Ming trains judo, track and table tennis athletes. At the Paris 2024 Olympics, Lin Yu-ting won a boxing gold medal for Taiwan. Strong has no gender.
